Eligibility for Return
Members are worthy to request a return of their membership payment under distinguishing conditions. If a member wishes to cancel their membership, the request must be made as soon as possible from the date of payment. This term allows new members to classify their determinations and guarantees a fair process for all parties concerned.
Request Procedure
To launch a return, members should contact our membership support group via email or phone. The request must involve the membership ID, payment analyses, and a brief reason for the cancellation. Upon receiving the request, our group will review it and establish eligibility based on the guidelines.
Refund Process
If the return request is certified, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original pattern of payment. Please note that organizational wages or any non-refundable charges may apply, as defined in our membership agreements.
